Thanksgiving || Pumpkin Cheesecake

If you’re anything like me, dessert (namely pumpkin pie) is always an afterthought to the turkey, stuffing and potatoes. Or you face the first world problem of only having one oven. I thought I’d share my favorite holiday dessert recipe that requires neither baking nor cooking. Oh and it’s positively delicious to boot!

I am not even going to pretend I came up with this recipe. I shamelessly lifted it from the Kraft website years ago and I still refer to it on the regular.

  • 1 – 8oz package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tub frozen whipped topping
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust

I told you people. This is fool proof.

*Please note: if we are ever invited to the same holiday party, be a doll and don’t make this. I will be bringing it. K thanks.

Happy Thanksgiving fellow Canadians!
